Ironwood Earthcare was founded in 2003 by Derek Stroden, an ISA Certified Arborist with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Colorado State University. Derek started the company with a simple belief: tree care should be performed by people who actually understand trees — not just people with chainsaws.

Two decades later, Ironwood Earthcare has grown into Aurora's most trusted tree care company — serving over 25,000 residential clients and 1,000+ commercial accounts across the Denver Metro area. We've stayed family-owned and independent throughout, because that's what allows us to hold our standards where we want them.
