Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes are provided free of charge and are for planning purposes. Any price given before an on-site assessment is preliminary. Final pricing is based on the actual conditions and scope of work identified at the property. An estimate is not a binding contract until the work scope and price are confirmed and services are authorized by you.

Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the areas where work will be performed. You are responsible for identifying and disclosing property lines, private utility lines (such as irrigation, invisible fencing, septic, or landscape lighting), and any known hazards. Weather and safety conditions may require us to reschedule work.

Payment

We do not guarantee the survival, regrowth, or specific health outcomes of any tree, shrub, or plant, except where a specific written guarantee is provided. Except as expressly stated in writing, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironwood Earthcare and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our Site.
